Rays Pressure Washing

My goal is to offer quality cleaning jobs for fair prices. I know not everyone can afford it as these services can become pricey, and everything gets so mossy and overgrown here in the PNW… but if you want your roof, driveway, and gutters to last longer and maintain or even increase the value of your home…. I would be glad to help! We specialize in difficult, steep, and mossy roofs!
Most prices listed are a base price. With the more square footage the price will increase and for roofs the steeper and mossier they are the time we will need to be there will increase along with the price. Tile or stone roofs always cost more than asphalt shingles…(about 25%) as they are much more difficult to work on.
For auto booking there will be a cancellation fee for the amount of the lead fee, which has been paid up front.
